Awards Builder of the Year 2008 Midwest Region In 2008, Northwest Builders, Inc., received the Midwest Region Butler Builder of the Year.  The Midwest Region consists of 325 builders from 13 states throughout the central US, from Colorado to Ohio.  This designation is awarded to one Butler Builder per region who excels in the sale of Butler buildings and roof systems as well as demonstrates superior marketing skills.  The Butler sales staff submit nominations for Builder of the Year and region management reviews the nominated builders' performances, expertise and marketing planning and execution.  Northwest Builders, Inc., stood out as "exceptional" in 2008. Million Dollar Builder, 2008 Terry Blank, Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Butler Manufacturing Co., presented us with this award at Butler's 2009 Regional Sales Meeting in Savannah, GA.  The designation is awarded to Butler Builders who have annual sales of at least one million dollars in Butler buildings and roof systems. High Performance Builder We are the proud recipient of Butler’s High Performance Awards for several years in a row. These awards are given to Butler Builders that meet or exceed annual trade area goals as well as demonstrate superior marketing skills in the sale of Butler building and roof systems.
