Dairy State Bank Birchwood, WI 2,600 Wood Frame Bank We
had done a number of remodeling projects and additions for Dairy State Bank, so when it came time to replace their branch
in Birchwood, they chose Northwest Builders, Inc., as their design-build contractor. We worked closely with the owners to
design a building that would fit on their site with tight property lines as well as the demolition of two existing buildings
- one being the existing bank building. We were able to complete the new bank and move them in prior to demolition of the
existing bank to keep the disruption of their business to a minimum.
