Burns Best Spooner, WI 27,200 Pre-cast Concrete & Conventional Steel Manufacturing
& Office We were awarded the contract from Burns Best as the general contractor. We worked very closely with the owner
to point out alternative materials and systems to save costs. The construction was a very challenging one due to the tight
project schedule. The building permit required us to design the site and drainage plan in-house as well as application to
the WisDNR for erosion control approval. The pre-cast walls and steel erection were performed by our forces in November and
slab work during the winter months. The interior build out and finishes were completed by the end of February well ahead of
a spring opening. The project was a huge success completed below budget and ahead of schedule.

Ardisam, Inc. Cumberland, WI 20,000 / 50,000 Pre-engineered Steel Manufacturing
& Warehouse The first 20,000 s.f. building started as a spec building for the City of Cumberland. Prior to completing
the building, Ardisam took it over as a manufacturing facility. The following year Ardisam chose Northwest Builders, Inc.,
as their design-build contractor to build a 50,000 s.f. warehouse building on the adjoining property to their first building.

Shadow Plastics, Inc. Rice Lake, WI 52,500 Pre-engineered Manufacturing
& Office This building is actually made up of two separate projects. Northwest Builders, Inc., was awarded the initial
building (22,000 square feet) as a multi-bid project for the City of Rice Lake as a spec building. Shadow Plastics purchased
the existing facility from the city in 2000 after a fire destroyed their existing business. We erected an additional 30,000
square feet that was performed as a design-build project directly with Shadow Plastics, Inc. The design-build project
required office space, open production areas and a 50'x150'x46' high area for production towers.

McNally Industries Grantsburg, WI 22,633 Pre-engineered Steel Manufacturing
& Office Northwest Builders, Inc., was the low contractor on the original bid project for a 17,633 s.f. addition but
the project was delayed due to financing delays. Northwest Builders, Inc., worked with the owners to modify the design and
start the project while waiting for the financing delays. Before the first addition was completed, we were awarded a contract
for another 5,000 s.f. addition onto the same building. We also worked with the owners to design and remodel their existing
office area as well as another office building they purchased on the adjoining property. All of the projects were done consecutively
without disturbing the owner's flow of business.

Spooner Machine Spooner, WI 12,150 Pre-engineered Manufacturing & Office This
project was performed on a design-build basis. Spooner Machine required a large clear space for steel fabrication and minimal
office area. The project budget was very tight and time was of the essence. The clear span also required the steel to be sized
for the future installation of an under-slung overhead bridge crane. We designed a pre-engineered structure to fit within
all of Spooner Machine's requirements. We worked very closely with the city of Spooner in preparing the site and obtaining
the proper permitting. The project was completed well within schedule and on budget. The owner of Spooner Machine has recommended
us for numerous projects in the area since the completion of his facility.

Steel Freezer / Terminal / Office We were chosen by Cedar Crest Ice Cream to design and build a new distribution terminal
for them in the City of Rice Lake. The final design consisted of 2,400 s.f. of 0º freezer, 3,600 s.f. of vehicle storage,
2,400 s.f. of mezzanine and 2,400 s.f. of office space. Construction for this project took place during the winter months
and was very challenging cold weather concrete work. The project was very successful both in design and construction, and
was completed on schedule and budget. Cedar Crest Ice Cream continues to be a very good reference for us.

Blue Ribbon Commodity Traders, Inc. Cameron, WI 13,072 Pre-engineered Freezer
/ Cooler / Production Blue Ribbon contracted us on a design-build basis because of our experience in the construction of
freezer/cooler structures. We worked very closely with the owner to design a very cost-effective structure and refrigeration
system. We also met with the owner and USDA to look over the plans and specs to be sure there wouldn't be issues that would
cost valuable time or dollars to correct after the structure was completed. The building is made up of 5,880 s.f. of freezer
and/or cooler space, 1,062 s.f. of retail store and 6,130 s.f. of raw pack, warehousing and support rooms. The structure is
pre-engineered steel with 6" and 4" metal span walls. We completed all of Blue Ribbon Commodities projects within budget and
schedule.

Burnett Dairy Cooperative Grantsburg, WI 17,060 Pre-engineered Steel &
Masonry Cheese Cooler & Manufacturing, Loading Dock Burnett Dairy Cooperative needed additional manufacturing and
cooler space for their cheese production along with an additional truck dock. They had an existing manufacturing building
and a separate building they were using to store boxing materials. They wanted to tie all their buildings together
so they did not have people going outside to bring materials between the two buildings. We designed a masonry connecting link
with an additional truck dock that would tie their box building to the main building as well as the new 12,000 s.f. manufacturing/cooler
building. We were able to construct the new buildings and do all the tie-ins with no interruption to their business.

Rice Lake Printery, Inc. Rice Lake, WI 8,128 Pre-engineered Office &
Print Shop We were selected as the design-builder for this project in 2003. We worked very close with the owner to develop
a design that was unique and eye-catching yet cost-effective and fit the neighborhood. During preliminary design, we discovered
that the site had been filled over a number of years and not adequately compacted. Based on the soil engineering, we removed
all of the soils to a depth of approximately 7' below grade and re-compacted. The interior of the building was designed with
two functions - sales office/design (2,240 square feet) and print production area (5,888 square feet). The exterior of the
building uses a mixture of metal-span wall panel, brick masonry and drivit (stucco system). The project was very successful,
completed on budget and within the time constraints allowed.

Cenex Convenience Store Rice Lake, WI 5,563 Wood Frame, Masonry & Drivit Convenience
Store The Farmers Union Cooperative brought us on board to design-build the convenience store located at the
intersection of Highways 53 and 48. The design required extensive site work and attention to detail in regards to grading.
We worked very closely with the City of Rice Lake and other state agencies to obtain all permitting required for the project.
The exterior of the building is maintenance-free using a mix of masonry, drivit and metal fascias for durability. The interior
of the structure is also built to last with quarry tile floors, tiled base and walls, plastic laminated casework and
walk-in coolers. We coordinated the design and construction of the fuel systems and canopies on this project. The project
was very successful, completed on budet and within the time constraints allowed.
